If you are looking for something fun to do this weekend in Knoxville, Tennessee, consider checking out the Dogwood Arts House & Garden Show! The show runs Friday and Saturday, February 7th and 8th, 10AM-6PM, then Sunday, February 9th, 10AM-4PM. There will be something for everyone, no matter what age! Held at the Knoxville Convention Center, there will be over 10,000 square feet of Grand Gardens and other attractions to explore. What to Expect
The Dogwood Arts House & Garden show is an annual event here in Knoxville. In fact, it is the largest annual fundraiser held by the Dogwood Arts, allowing them to host a multitude of other events throughout the year at little to no cost to the Knoxville community! Outlined below are some of the main attractions that you can expect to see at the show.
Landscape Design and Other Venders
One of the most exciting elements to the House & Garden show is perhaps the Grand Gardens. As previously mentioned, this exhibit features over 10,000 square feet of the latest trends in landscape designs and plant materials. If you don’t have much time, it’s worth stopping by and taking a stroll through at least this beautiful feature. Who knows, you may find some new inspiration for your home’s exterior!
Besides the Grand Gardens, Dogwood Arts has quite a laundry list of exhibitors that will be present as well. Come out and meet the top home improvement, interior and exterior design, and appliance specialists that the Knoxville area has to offer! These include but are not limited to Patterson’s Home Appliances, Aqua Clear Water Systems, Ag-Pro, and more. Afterwards, you can swing by the Maker Market to see and purchase some amazing, handmade, natural goods from artists in Knoxville as well as other parts of the Southeast! 2025 is definitely the year of revamping your style into something that best suits your needs, but is still budget friendly. What better time to start than this weekend?
The How-To Stage & The New Demo Zone
Another one of the famous features of the Dogwood Arts House & Garden Show is the How-To Stage. There is nothing like some live entertainment after you’ve strolled through the other exhibits! Here you will find locals who are professionals at their craft giving you demonstrations, tips, and any information you could ask for about real estate, gardening, anything home improvement related, and more. Something new for 2025 is the Demo Zone! Similar to the How-To Stage, the Demo Zone will be more hands-on. Watch, participate, and learn new crafts and hobbies. Take the skills you learn back home with you and put them into action in your own home!
